How Deed Recording Works
- Set up a free account.
- Create a new Deed Recording Job for the State and Jurisdiction where property is located.
- Upload all documents that are to be recorded as a single file. Make sure the documents are executed (signed and notarized).
- We will prepare the uploaded files for submission to the local recording office and create an invoice for your recording.
- Pay the invoice. As soon as your invoice is paid we will submit the documents for recording.
When the documents are recorded OR rejected, we will notify you. If recorded, a stamped digital copy of the documents will be available for you to download from your account for that job. If rejected you will be notified of the rejection reason and required corrections.
